Black Shuck

Here is Kelly reading her Black Shuck poem.

We started off with Duncan McAffee and we made some sound clips to go with the story of Black Shuck for The Belfry Arts Center.

We got into three groups and made noises and recorded them.  We rattled the fences, we banged on the door and with the key we banged it on the wood.  Duncan edited the sounds and made them sound more scary.
There will be an exhibition of our work at the Belfry Arts Centre from 26th October.

This is the school council looking at astro-turf, for the football pitch.
We are looking at ways to make the back playground better so that we don't slip over and bang our heads.

Delicious and fun...

This is Connor, Josh and Kristen who have done a cross country run.
They competed  against 300 runners.
Josh said, 'It was tiring but we all did our best.'

Danny was showing us a meloln and it was delicous. We tasted lots of different fruits and vegetables grown on farms in other countries like Spain and Brazil. We were learning about different countries.
