Afternoon Tea on Tuesday 19th May 2015

We held an Afternoon Tea.  We asked our visitors to tell us things they remembered about the village.

"The school was first open in 1879."

"One year it snowed badly and you couldn't get on the railway."

"Mr Miles walked  over the hill to get some bread."

We held a raffle, there were lots of  prizes.

Toast Week

This week is SAT's week, the whole school is sitting tests to show how much we have learned.  Here in Northrepps we do it slightly differently, SAT's week is Toast Week.  We all start the day with toast, it makes sure we have eaten enough so we can concentrate and do our best.

There may not be much posted this week as pupil time is limited, however our teachers have planned for a fun afternoon later this week. Keep looking to find out what we are/have been doing.

Why not check out our infant class blog at acornclass99.blogspot.co.uk.

Fire Engine Visit

Today we were lucky enough to see the fire engine that was organised by Northrepps Preschool.  We were told about how it works, we got to sit inside and the best bit was using the hose.

Spread The Word

At our last coffee morning we launched twitter (@northreppspri) and showed our visitors our new scratch map.We scratch the countries off when it has visited our blog.

When we have scratched part of the map it's original golden-brown colour turns a bright colour in its place. We have a great patch all over Africa that has no colour. If you know some one who lives or is visiting some where in Africa please tell them about our blog.
Thank you
