Keyboards

This term we are learning the keyboard with Mrs Howsden on a Friday Afternoon.

We are  able to set it all up by ourselves now and can play Mamma Mia.

 This week we also made up our own ostinato rhythms inspired by Star Wars.

Josh

 

On the 21st of  January 2016, Josh came back to Northrepps to visit Oak Class. He was wearing a tie, smart top, blazer, trousers and posh shoes. He was happy to see his old mates again.
He told us about his recent trip to Lille and his experiences of his first term of Cromer Academy.

Technology at Cromer Academy

We  used sharp tools including a tenon saw. 

This week we started on our projects to build a mini egg dispenser by Easter. 

 In the workshop we are learning to measure and cut down our pieces of wood to size to make the base.

Oak Class Swimming

Oak Class are now going swimming at Mundesley Primary School

The pool has a handy bar at the side of the pool to help us.

Two of our children are now able to  swim without any floats now.

The Moon

On the 17/01/16, one of our pupils, a Year 5 has taken a very good picture of the Moon.

How To Be Safe With Tools

On Tuesday 5th 2016 we went back to school and one of the things we did was learn about safety with tools.
