Fitness Training

We went to the village hall to do fitness training.  We will be doing this  for 5 weeks to see if we get fitter and healthier.

We did a bleep test. We had to run 10 times across the hall then we go up a level the last level which is 10.  Thomas was amazing.  He got up to level 11.   We ran so fast the photographs are all blurry.
